AAA Collaborators Hub

Terms of Service

Last updated May 30, 2026

Welcome to the AAA Collaborators Hub (the “Hub”). By creating an account or using the Hub, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Hub.

Who can use the Hub

The Hub is invite-only and intended for members of the AAA collaborators group. You need a valid invite code to sign up, and you agree to provide accurate information about yourself. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Using the service as intended

You agree to use the Hub for its intended purpose — finding collaborators, forming teams, and working on projects together. You agree not to:

  • Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Hub or other members’ accounts.
  • Share another member’s information outside the Hub without their consent.
  • Use the Hub for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purpose.
  • Share your invite code or account access with people outside the group.

Communications and notifications

By signing up, you agree to receive communications and notifications related to the Hub — such as account and security messages, team and project updates, matching notifications, and occasional announcements about the service. These communications are part of how the Hub works. Where required by law, you may opt out of non-essential messages, but some account and service messages are necessary to use the Hub.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information and content you add to your profile. You grant us permission to use it within the Hub to provide the service — primarily to match you with other members, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

The Hub is provided on an “as is” basis while it is being actively developed. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms. We’ll make reasonable efforts to keep the service running but can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Hub and its operators are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Collaborations, teams, and projects you form through the Hub are your own responsibility.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll change the date above and, for significant changes, notify members within the Hub. Continuing to use the Hub after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
