Privacy Policy

The AAA Collaborators Hub (the “Hub”) is an invite-only workspace that helps members of the AAA collaborators group find and form project teams. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. In plain terms: we use your information only to match you with collaborators and run the Hub — nothing else.

What we collect

When you sign up and build your profile, we collect:

• Your name and email address.
• Profile and intake details you provide — skills, roles, availability, working style, goals, industry interests, and similar collaboration information.
• Your responses to the optional personality questionnaire.
• Activity within the Hub, such as teams you join and projects you work on.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google to create your account. We do not receive your Google password.

How we use it

We use your information solely to operate the Hub and match you with other members — for example, to suggest teams, surface complementary skills, and show your profile to other members of the group for collaboration purposes. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who can see your profile

Your profile is visible to other approved members of the Hub so they can collaborate with you. Certain fields (such as your role and review status) are visible only to you and the Hub’s administrators.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored in our hosting and database providers (Supabase and Vercel) and is protected by access controls. We keep it only as long as your account is active or as needed to run the Hub.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to operate the service securely. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can view and update your profile at any time from your account. To access, correct, or delete your data, or to close your account, contact a Hub administrator and we’ll take care of it.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date above and, for significant changes, notify members within the Hub.
